Plastic Tarps
HDPE Tarpaulins
- HDPE extruded tapes are weaved to a particular weighing mesh and then coated with LDPE and LLDPE layer on both sides.
- These 3 layered technology tarps are made with virgin grade PE granules and are the most economical offering with the ability to cater mostly all covering demands.
- These tarps can be fabricated to required sizes with heat sealed seams and rope enforced hems.
- Heavy duty virgin grade plastic corners are installed on all four corners and aluminium eyelets are placed 3’ to 6’ apart on all the edges depending upon the size and customer requirements.
- Water proof, light weight, rot proof and shrink proof are some of the key features of HDPE fabric tarpaulins.
Cross Lamination Tarpaulin
- Thin sheets of HDPE and LDPE are extruded, stretched and layered together to get the desired thickness.
- This multi-layered stretched technology provides additional strength to the fabric.
- In addition to the water proof and light weight properties of any plastic tarpaulin, these tarps are UV stabilised to get a life span of around 20-24 months when kept under direct sunlight.
- All the tarps are fabricated with ultrasonic eyelets 4’ apart and heavy reinforced corners.
- Being UV stabilised tarps, these are preferred in industries with long duration covering requirements with less wear and tear chances such as rice mills, biomass plants, paper industries.
- These are available in different thickness and colours.
Blown Plastic Sheets
These sheets are extruded from HDPE and LDPE granules. Available in a range of 30 to 250 GSM.
Key Features:-
- Water Proof
- Rot Proof
- Shrink Proof
- Heat Sealable
Available in a broad range of widths 12’, 15’, 18’, 20’, 24’.
These widths can be further increased by heat sealing process.
These are mostly preferred for application in pond liners, silage and fodder industry and brick industry.
